Having posted weekly interviews with over a dozen independent publishers, this series will now continue on an ad hoc basis. I have had enthusiastic feedback from readers who I hope have sought out the fabulous books on the lists of the small presses who have taken part. Any independents who would like to participate, please get in touch. This month I plan to concentrate my reading on books published by some of the small, independent publishers whose carefully curated lists do not always gain the attention they deserve.

Alongside my reviews I will be starting a series of posts featuring Q&As from the publishers behind some of these books. I hope that you enjoy finding out more about these passionate lovers of quality, innovative literature, why they do what they do; and then go on to explore their lists and read their books.
